It is almost impossible to believe that this year is TTC’s 25thanniversary. Since 1995, we have grown from 1 employee to 10 and facilitated mentoring,
team building and leadership development programs for participants located all
over the world. We won’t be able to celebrate in the traditional sense as our
team, probably much like yours, is currently working from a distance. And while
we certainly didn’t expect to spend this milestone in the midst of a global
pandemic, we can’t help but reflect on how the resulting changes have renewed
our energy for the work we do. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch our
mentoring community come together during this time and many participants tell
us mentoring is more important to them now than ever.
Over the last eight months, we have learned to be more
flexible, mastered new technologies, and built some of our most creative
strategies to date. The Mentoring Connection was always the foundation of our
programs, but the platform has truly grown into its own this year as a valuable
resource and community for cohorts to stay engaged and on track for success.
We are grateful for the first 25 years and look forward to the
next. Thanks for your continued support and remaining the biggest reason why we
are so passionate about what we do.
