Last week, TTC held our annual team building session at the Montclair Country Club with the theme of "She believed she could, so she did.” The morning session was guided by Nicole Chamblin, one of TTC’s talented facilitators and a gifted and knowledgeable time management expert. Nicole not only debriefed Team TTC on our team dynamics, but also shared insightful and innovative material and time "hacks” to frame our planning for the new year.
During the afternoon, Team TTC shared successes from the past year and goals for 2019. The Team also created a vision board for the team as a whole — goals and guiding principles we want to continue to keep in our sights for both short- and long-term growth of our small but mighty business!
We always look forward to this session each year as it reminds us of our strong inter-office relationships and re energizes our commitment to the TTC mission and our clients - all while having fun in the process!
