Is a consulting psychologist who brings over thirty years of organizational development experience which includes delivering organization-wide transformation interventions, comprehensive facilitation, and executive coaching in private, government, and nonprofit sectors. Dan is a certified professional facilitator who has designed, developed, and delivered a wide-range of human capital development programs. He is also a published author of The Handbook of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, The Manager's Pocket Guide to Workplace Coaching and Critical Thinking at Work.

SHARON FITZPATRICK, BA

Specializes in mentoring, career development and diversity management. Sharon provides a fresh and independent approach to both structural and cultural issues that an organization may be facing for the first time. She brings a broad level of expertise and experience that reflect an understanding of the needs and challenges that organizations face today. Sharon also provides human resource consulting and recruiting for both public and industry clients across the country.

Kumar is a highly skilled executive who has led high-performing teams as a military officer, special agent, diplomat, and government and corporate leader.  Kumar brings more than 30 years of experience providing individual, group and team coaching to enhance performance, navigate strategic change and develop careers.  Kumar is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation.


PAMELA KING, MS

Is a team and leadership development trainer who has over 25 years of experience in the federal government. She has facilitated senior executive teams through strategic change initiatives to transform organizations to become relevant and resilient. She has designed and developed leadership programs to drive focused attention to human capital issues to ensure goal achievement and business success. Pam has a solid reputation for integrity and is known for her lively and engaging style as an instructor. She is passionate about developing people, teams and organizations to achieve personal and collective excellence.

JOSE MORALES, MS, MBA, ACC

Blends a 25 year career spanning military and diplomatic service and, higher education. In addition, Jose has held various college faculty, as well as senior leadership roles in the public and private sectors. He is the architect of award-winning leadership, and organizational development solutions for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies as well as non-profits and start-ups in both the U.S. and overseas. As an ICF-certified Executive Coach, Jose helps leaders clarify priorities, see new opportunities, and advance their capabilities. He has developed and delivered college courses and professional workshops on leadership, management, team building, emotional intelligence, and leading change.

Is the Lead Developer and co-creator and developer of The Mentoring Connection. Chris has over 20 years of experience in information technology and proven expertise in system design, project management, financial management, data warehousing and educational software.

LIEUTENANT GENERAL JOHN SATTLER (Ret.), BS

Is a motivational speaker, mentor and coach to Commanders, their staffs and students worldwide. John brings over 37 years of active duty service in the Marine Corps with experience in leadership, command and staff positions, the Joint Staff, interagency coordination, strategic planning, congressional liaison and strategic communication. A prolific story teller, John brings the perfect mix of frontline tactical experience along with policy making expertise at the highest levels of government to his presentations and motivational speeches.

Is a forward-thinking, health and wellness coach specializing in helping individuals overcome obstacles and replacing unhealthy habits with healthy, sustainable alternatives. Lynette is an articulate and engaging facilitator with expertise in all aspects of utilizing emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a supportive approach to interacting with others at all levels. Lynette is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, Certified Psychology Health and Wellness Coach, Energy Codes® Certified Coach as well as a HeartMath® Certified Trainer, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach NBC-HWC.
