COTE, B.A., is a writing consultant who brings over 25 years of business and technical writing expertise with a wide variety of clients from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Roger provides TTC with data mining and analysis skills, coupled with premier writing talent to help us create program reports and related materials that show our clients how their programs and employees are progressing. NICOLE CHAMBLIN, B.A., M.A., is a productivity trainer with over 10 years of experience helping busy professionals connect with their vision, communicate their goals and collaborate with others more productively. Nicole speaks on a variety of topics from general organizing principles to overcoming productivity defeating behaviors. Nicole's engaging style teaches clients new ways to more effectively manage time, teams and tasks. SANDRA CROWE, MA, PCC, is an author, professional speaker, coach and facilitator. Having given over 2300 seminars in the past twenty six years, she uses her people, public speaking, and communications skills to create awareness of ineffective behaviors and to document solutions. Organizationally, she conducts programs and retreats that alter the way teams interact with each other and the organization. Sandra is the author of "Since Strangling Isn't an Option...." and "I Didn't Sign Up for This!: 7 Strategies for Dealing With Difficulty in Difficult Times" FRED DREXEL, M.B.A., brings over 40 years of experience to employee and leadership development. Fred has held senior operational and sales management positions with IBM, GTE, and most recently, Computer Science Corporation. He has built several startups in the Help Desk Software and Environmental Services areas. Fred challenges the management paradigm of promoting without development, demanding performance without clear expectations, and managing without a support system. He specializes in understanding cultural differences in global markets and has implemented several formal mentoring programs designed to develop global cooperation and understanding. DAN FELDMAN, PH.D, is a consulting psychologist who brings over thirty years of organizational development experience which includes delivering organization-wide transformation interventions, comprehensive facilitation, and executive coaching in private, government, and nonprofit sectors. Dan is a certified professional facilitator who has designed, developed, and delivered a wide-range of human capital development programs. He is also a published author of The Handbook of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, The Manager's Pocket Guide to Workplace Coaching and Critical Thinking at Work. SHARON FITZPATRICK, B.A., specializes in mentoring, career development and diversity management. Sharon provides a fresh and independent approach to both structural and cultural issues that an organization may be facing for the first time. She brings a broad level of expertise and experience that reflect an understanding of the needs and challenges that organizations face today. Sharon also provides human resource consulting and recruiting for both public and industry clients across the country. SANDRA GRAHAM, B.A., is a human development professional committed to coaching executives, managers and sales personnel to measurable improvements in their ability to lead, communicate and produce. She holds numerous certifications in the performance improvement field, as well as in the field of employee testing and assessments. SHARON JENKS, B.A., is a certified Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst (PBVA), who specializes in career development, team building and mentoring. Sharon's programs emphasize success through planning and visionary leadership that have resulted in the creation of many high performance teams throughout the country. Sharon is also a well-known executive coach having helped some of the country's top business professionals to reach their goals. She is a past Chairman of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce and serves on a number of volunteer boards. ELLEN KANDELL, ESQ, B.S., JD, has over 30 years of diverse public and private sector law practice and now focuses her work in serving as a third party neutral, facilitator and trainer. She specializes in conflict resolution and is featured on a demonstration video produced by the Maryland Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office. In 2014 she became ce rtified as a mediator by the International Mediation Institute. Ellen teaches in the graduate Human Resources program at Catholic University of America She is past president of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and past co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Montgomery County Bar Association. PAMELA KING, M.S., is a team and leadership development trainer who has over 25 years of experience in the federal government. She has facilitated senior executive teams through strategic change initiatives to transform organizations to become relevant and resilient. She has designed and developed leadership programs to drive focused attention to human capital issues to ensure goal achievement and business success. Pam has a solid reputation for integrity and is known for her lively and engaging style as an instructor. She is passionate about developing people, teams and organizations to achieve personal and collective excellence. KANU KOGOD, Ph.D., MCC, is an expert in the field of organizational culture change. A gifted facilitator and master certified coach, Kanu helps impact a leader’s performance and job satisfaction as well as the performance and satisfaction of the people they lead. By background, Kanu is an anthropologist with over thirty-five years of organizational experience in research and analysis, program design, group process facilitation and executive coaching. Her primary interest is to build long-term relationships with clients in order to help them establish organizational cultures in which all people thrive in every level of their life- individual, interpersonal and organizational. ELIZABETH MANGINI, MA, MAS, is a certified coach and professional trainer who possesses over 20 years of leadership and career development experience. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Elizabeth manages and facilitates all levels of professional development including one-on-one and group sessions to create and improve clients’ branding and professional positioning in corporate, federal government, and non-profit organizations. As a member of the Board of Examiners for the Department of State, Foreign Service, Elizabeth worked to collaboratively develop the written qualifications evaluation panel and oral core competency assessments of candidates for Foreign Service Specialist positions globally. JOSE MORALES, MS, MBA, ACC, blends a 25 year career spanning military and diplomatic service and, higher education. In addition, Jose has held various college faculty, as well as senior leadership roles in the public and private sectors. He is the architect of award-winning leadership, and organizational development solutions for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies as well as non-profits and start-ups in both the U.S. and overseas. As an ICF-certified Executive Coach, Jose helps leaders clarify priorities, see new opportunities, and advance their capabilities. He has developed and delivered college courses and professional workshops on leadership, management, team building, emotional intelligence, and leading change. CHRIS ORSINI, B.A., is the Webmaster and co-creator and developer of The Mentoring Connection. Chris has over 20 years of experience in information technology and proven expertise in system design, project management, financial management, data warehousing and educational software. JIM RUNYAN, M.S., provides high-level authoritative consulting services to industry and government in the scientific, technical and operational disciplines associated with national security. During his thirty-five year career, spanning both the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency, he served in a number of key senior executive positions including Chief of Worldwide Software Support and Chief of Global Network Programs at NSA, and as Director of the Office of Technical Collection and Associate Deputy Director for Science and Technology at CIA. Jim is widely known in the intelligence community as a highly sought-after executive coach and mentor. He also has been successful in corporate consensus building on controversial issues, team building, and creating strategic alliances. JENNIFER SINEK, MPPM, MSC, MCC, is a highly skilled master-certified (ICF) leadership coach, educator and consultant. For close to three decades, she has been working with individuals, teams and organizations, helping them see and be excited by the possibilities open to them — and then make them happen. Working with government, corporate and non-profit leaders, her clients say that she is remarkably talented at putting her finger on the crux of issues in a way that helps people both see them clearly and resolve them constructively. KERRY WEKELO, MBA, is a coach and author. Since 2010, Kerry's focus has been enhancing team experiences by merging her philosophy of living a life of wellness with her consulting background. Kerry works with top-level executives, team leaders and aspiring leaders. KAREN WELLER, Ph.D, is a trainer and coach with almost 15 years experience in helping individuals and organizations initiate and manage change successfully. Blending her business expertise with psychological know how, Karen offers a unique perspective on helping "derailed" employees become assets to their organizations. She also provides expertise in the areas of executive coaching, psychological assessment, team building and is well versed in 360° feedback tools and assessments.
